Google has launched News Showcase. This product is positioned very well to address the Australian Media Code initiative and issues. News Showcase appears to addresses the main concerns that brought the Media code into existence.
News Showcase launched on Friday, after Mr Morrison had a meeting with Google’s global boss Sundar Pichai. The suggestion is there is less chance of Google leaving Australia.
