Their familiarity with servicing white goods, their relaxed style and commitment to Customer Service means clients respond favourably. This is turn generates a high level of referral business. High visibility in a busy section of Diagonal Road certainly doesnt hurt their exposure either 😉

Consequently Russell and John enjoy a high level of referral business and don’t need to invest in marketing.

It was all going swimmingly, then…

Then recently to their horror, there was a dead quiet period for a few weeks. Was it COVID induced or not? When was it going to end? How could they find some new business quickly?

This spurred Russell and John to consider how they could generate more business to avoid sales dropouts in the future, and so Website Concierge got involved.

We worked with the guys to develop a fresh new website along with complementary strategies to generate increased online exposure.

Its about connecting to locals

As they guys pointed out, they only service people in the local area. No one wants to lug a washing machine across town to be fixed.

To attract local clients we activated their Google My Business account by posting and adding photos of their second hand appliances ready for sale. This gained free local search enagagement.

We created a simplified reporting environment using DataStudio to present in a easy to view display how the website was performing.
